This is a very simple recipe. Summers and mangoes are my favorite
synonyms, so here’s a recipe to celebrate that happiness.
INGREDIENTS:
For the tart
Flour: 100 grams
Butter: 45 grams
Sugar: 1 1/2 tbsp.
Milk: 2tbsp
For the filling and topping
Whipping cream: 2/3 cup
Castor sugar: 2 tbsp.
Mango puree
Fresh mango
METHOD:

· For the tart
1.
Add flour and sugar to the dough maker, combine,
add in cold and diced butter and mix. You’ll get a sandy textured mixture.
2.
To this add 2 tbsp of milk and mix well until
you get doughy and uniform consistency. Put it in refrigerator for 20 to 30
mins.
3.
Grease the tart mold. Sheet the dough and line
it in the mold.
4.
Bake at 180* for 15 to 18 mins.
· For the filling
1.
Whip the cream and fold in 3 to 4 tbsp of mango
puree to this.

Let the tart cool for an hour.
·
Pipe the prepared filling in the tart.
·
Refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hours.
·
Top with some diced mangoes. Enjoy your summery TREAT <3
